Christmas came early on December 20, 2008 to the inmates of the New Bilibid Prison who were confined at the facility’s hospital in Muntinlupa.
The Hulog ng Langit (HNL) Foundation of Mark Jimenez distributed some 700 sets of Jollibee meals composed of Chickenjoy, fruit pie, and fruit Juice to the lonely and sickly inmates. The hospital apostolate of the HNL Foundation was done in cooperation with Sister Bobbie De Vela of the Thursday Group, which regularly cater to the inmates’ needs.
It was already the second that HNL Foundation had a feeding activity in the NBP. The first time was several days before Christmas 2007 (on Dec 21, 2007 to be exact). But the prison apostolate of Mark Jimenez does not stop there. He had also sponsored the construction of a chapel inside the biggest and most populated prison compound in the country.

Mark Jimenez never forgets the persons who are paying their debts to society. He believes that with the grace of God, they still have the chance to change themselves and be productive members of society later on.
